2024-2025 Post Officers
The following members are serving as Officers for the Post year from July 2024 to July 2025. Also included below is a brief description of the duties assigned to each position.
Commander Steve Fuller [ stevefullera6@gmail.com / 770-301-3221 ]
The Post Commander is to preside at all meetings of the Post and to have general supervision over the business and affairs of the Post and will be the Chief Executive Officer of the Post. The Commander will approve all orders directing the disbursement of funds and will make an annual report covering the business of the Post for the year, and recommendations for the ensuing year, which will be read at the annual meeting and a copy thereof immediately forwarded to the Department Adjutant. The Commander will perform other duties as directed by the Post.
Adjutant Ben Sinclair [ benjaminrsinclair@gmai.com / 770-328-2884 ]
The Adjutant will have charge of and keep a full and correct record of all proceedings of all meetings. The Adjutant will keep such records the Department and National Organizations may require and render reports of membership annually or when called upon at a meeting, under the direction of the Commander the Adjutant is to handle all correspondence of this Post.
SVC Al Hillman [ legionairreal@gmail.com ]
The Senior Vice-Commander functions under the jurisdiction of the Commander in carrying out the policies of the Post. In the event the Commander is not available to preside over any function or meeting, the Senior Vice- Commander must assume the jurisdiction and duties of the Commander for the function or meeting. The Senior Vice-Commander will chair the Membership Committee and will perform such duties as required of the Senior Vice-Commander by the Post, Department and National Constitution.
JVC Jim Hill [ jameswhill2@yahoo.com ]
The Junior Vice-Commanders will perform the specific functions respectively as assigned to them by the Post Commander, including the Chair of the Standing Committee of Americanism, and such duties as are usually incident to their office.
JVC Bill Maddox [ wmadd123@bellsouth.net ]
The Junior Vice-Commanders will perform the specific functions respectively as assigned to them by the Post Commander, including the Chair of the Standing Committee of Veterans Affairs, and such duties as are usually incident to their office.
JVC Ralph Fenner [ sqd143cmdrralphfe@att.net ]
The Junior Vice-Commanders will perform the specific functions respectively as assigned to them by the Post Commander, including the Chair of the Standing Committee of National Security, and such duties as are usually incident to their office.
JVC Derek Warren [ derek.warren@84lumber.com ]
The Junior Vice-Commanders will perform the specific functions respectively as assigned to them by the Post Commander, including the Chair of the Standing Committee of Children & Youth, and such duties as are usually incident to their office.

The Finance Officer is charged with all finances and sees that all monies are safely deposited in a local bank or banks. The Finance Officer will report once a month to the Executive Committee and the general membership the condition of the finances of the Post, with such recommendations as the Finance Officer may deem expedient or necessary for raising funds with which to carry on the activities of the Post. The Finance Officer will ensure that two (2) signatures are required on checks for disbursing the money of the Post. The Finance Officer will furnish surety bonds in the amount determined by the Post Executive Committee. The Commander, adjutant and Finance Officer have signature authority on all checks.
JA Bill Hearnburg [ lawdawg73@bellsouth.net ]
The Post Judge Advocate will be the legal advisor of the Post Commander, the Post and the Executive Committee on legal questions. The Judge Advocate will rule upon all matters involving interpretation of parliamentary procedure and will interpret this Post's Constitution and By-Laws and on other matters as may be required by the Post Commander, the Post or the Executive Committee.
Chaplain Randy Knight [ froggknight@att.net ]
The Post Chaplain is charged with the spiritual welfare of the Post comrades and will offer divine, non-sectarian service in the event of dedications, funerals, public functions, etc., and adhere to such ceremonial rituals recommended by the National and Department headquarters.
SAA Sam Pyle [ pylesll@aol.com ]
The Sergeant-At-Arms will assist the Commander in maintaining order and decorum at all meetings. The Sergeant-at Arms will introduce visiting distinguished guests and will be the custodian of all paraphernalia and colors and see that they are properly displayed. The Sergeant-at-Arms will perform such duties as prescribed by the Commander.
